Soundbath (Zoom possible)

Let yourself be taken into a deep healing relaxation during a sound bath with my Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. Nothing else is needed than formulating an intention, lay down, relax and let yourself be guided in a deep relaxation where healing can take place.

For a zoom session please make sure you have:

• a good internetconnection 
• earphones
• a quite place where you can settle down and not be disturbed
• a glas of water for after the soundbath
